Processing Time
All Queen Beads jewelry is handmade with care. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship from Tennessee, USA.
Estimated delivery time after shipment: 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
